Sustainability at the Core: A Commitment to Responsible Craftsmanship
At every stage of our production process, sustainability is not just a principle — it’s a practice. From sourcing to packaging, we uphold rigorous environmental standards that reflect our deep respect for the planet and future generations.
Responsibly Sourced Materials
Our raw materials are carefully selected from certified forest plantations — either owned, managed through third parties, or sourced from controlled origins — in full alignment with the principles and criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). Additionally, our materials meet PEFC certification standards, ensuring that every component in our kitchen and bathroom furniture comes from sustainably managed forests.
Recycled & Renewable Practices
- 95% of our packaging is made from recycled materials.
- We’ve achieved a 100% water reuse rate through a system that treats effluents and captures rainwater, repurposing it for fire safety reserves and non-potable uses across our facilities.
- By-products such as sawdust, wood, plastic, and cardboard are redistributed and reused across other industries, reinforcing a closed-loop approach.
- Waste from water treatment is sent to nearby Veranópolis, where it’s transformed into organic compounds.
Zero-Waste and Clean Energy Innovations
- Remaining non-recyclable waste is processed through advanced co-processing technology that leaves no environmental liabilities.
- We’ve replaced diesel fuel with LPG, and incorporated translucent roofing to harness natural light, reducing our dependence on artificial lighting and decreasing overall energy consumption.
Low Emissions & Global Compliance
We meet — and exceed — the strict emission requirements set by CARB2 and TSCA Title VI, guaranteeing our wood products are virtually zero-emission and safe for both home and environment.
Rooted in Innovation. Powered by Purpose.
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, Dell Anno’s parent company, Unicasa Indústria de Móveis S/A, embraced circular practices by incorporating 25 tons of plastic packaging made from recycled materials in 2020. This initiative was powered by wind energy and designed to reduce environmental impact while creating positive social outcomes.

In 2020, Unicasa Indústria de Móveis S/A used an amount of 25 tons of circular plastic packaging produced from recycled raw materials, sustainable practices, and wind energy, resulting in several environmental and social benefits.
